Please allow 5-7 business days for fulfillment after payment has cleared and allow shipping times on top of that. Shipping times may vary based on your location. You will be notified once your order has shipped with tracking information so you may track your shipment. If you received a shipment notification, please allow at least 3 working days for the tracking information to update.
For logistics reasons, items purchased at the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages. We have warehouses in the US, EU, and China, so shipping time may vary from an estimated 7-15 days. Please note that shipping times may be extended during the peak seasons (Holidays, Christmas, and New Year’s).
Custom-made-to-order
For Shoe products, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship out.
All other products are handcrafted (made to order), so please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship out.
If you received a shipment notification, please allow two working days for the tracking information to update.
When will I get my order?
Our production partners throughout the United States offer multiple shipping services from an extensive network of carrier companies. As a result, shipping times are given per item and are always the best estimates.

Carrier Delays
AnimeBape will communicate with customers about any significant delays from our carrier partners due to external factors (Peak season, weather, etc..). Carrier delays incur an additional 3-7 business days to standard delivery times.
Incorrect Address
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
